If we are a good fit for your project, we will place you on our construction waitlist.

At this stage, no formal design work is completed.

Step 2: Dream & Research Phase

Depending on our schedule, this phase may last several months or even over a year.

During this time, we encourage you to:

• Browse our project gallery
• Save photos of pools you love
• Create a Pinterest board
• Take pictures of features you like from friends' pools
• Think about how your family will use the pool
• Consider outdoor living features such as:
  • Fire pits
  • Pergolas
  • Outdoor kitchens
  • Hot tubs
  • Basketball goals
  • Sun shelves
  • Water features
  • Automatic covers

Questions to Consider

• Do you primarily want to swim, relax, entertain, or exercise?

Step 3: Design Preparation

Approximately 2 to 4 months before your project is scheduled to begin, we will contact you.

At this point, we will:

• Visit your property if needed
• Review your ideas and inspiration photos
• Discuss budget
• Determine pool size and shape
• Review features and upgrades
• Develop a preliminary design

This timing allows us to provide the most accurate pricing and current product options.

Step 4: Final Design & Proposal

Once the design is finalized, we will provide:

• Construction proposal
• Pool specifications
• Equipment selections
• Feature selections
• Final pricing

After approval and deposit, your project will be placed on the active construction schedule.

Step 5: Construction

We will guide you through:

• Layout
• Excavation
• Construction
• Equipment installation
• Startup
• Pool school and owner training
